Any records of burials would have been handed to the Local Authority at the time when Scottish Local Authorities took over responsibility for burials. You might consult a pamphlet produced privately in 1980 “Pre-1855 Gravestone Inscriptions in Lochaber” by Lyn Tatler and Roger Tatler. The Clan Cameron Museum at Achnacarry offers a booklet giving information on Cameron gravestones.
Church of Scotland congregations were asked to send older records of baptisms and marriages to the Scottish National Archives. Some have been released to local museums and archives. All have been scanned; the details can be searched through the scotlandspeople.gov.uk website without charge, and images downloaded for a small fee.
